Monday – Thursday: $365/hour (Min 6 hrs) $4,000/day (9am to Midnight)
Friday: $415/hour (Min 6 hrs) $4,600/day (9am to Midnight)
Saturday: $440/hour (All-day only) $4,900/day (9am to Midnight)
Sunday: $390/hour (Min 6 hrs) $4,300/day (9am to Midnight)
Weekend package: (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun) $8,100/day (2 days; No overnight stay)
Refundable Deposit: $500 (Hourly rental) $1,000 (Full day rental)
Above rental fees include:

    Cleaning, Basic table and chair setup / tear down.

    Prep Kitchens with Refrigerator/Food warmer/Icemaker/Sink&Work tables

    Dedicated Bar area, Service area, separate Bride and Groom rooms with attached dressing areas and full baths.

    Large Covered patio, landscaped outdoor area, outdoor stage and string lights.

    280 Chiavari chairs (White or Brown color)

    16 Round tables (6’ diameter – seats 10-12/table)

    16 Rectangular tables (6’ x 30” – seats 6-8/table)

Additional rentals (Subject to availability)

Chairs, Chair cushions, Chair bows, Tables, Cake table, Table cloths, Overlays or Table runners, Center pieces, LED Dance Floor, Stage, Podium, Projector and Mic with speaker system. All above items are subject to availability with additional rental fee and setup fee as applicable.

Payment terms:

All fees are subject to additional taxes as applicable.

At the time of reservation: 25% of total fees as non-refundable token advance to reserve and block the date and time of the event.

90 days prior to the event: Remaining balance, other rental fees and refundable deposit.

If reservation made within 90 days from the event date, remaining balance and refundable security deposit to be paid within 4 weeks from the event date.

Refundable security deposit shall be returned 2 weeks after the event if no damages.

Card processing fee of 5% if paying by credit / debit card.
