  • How do I schedule a tour?

    All tours are by appointments only, please call (479) 389-3378 to schedule a free tour

  • How do I make a reservation?

    A non-refundable deposit of approximately 25% of the rental fee is required to block the date along with a signed contract, which shall be applied towards the total fees.

  • What are the payment terms?

    All fees are subject to additional taxes as applicable.
    At the time of reservation: 25% of total fees as non-refundable token advance to reserve and block the date and time of the event.
    90 days prior to the event: Remaining balance including fees for additional items and refundable security deposit.
    If reservation made within 90 days from the event date, remaining balance and refundable security deposit to be paid within 4 weeks from the event date.
    Refundable security deposit shall be returned within 2 weeks of the event if no damages.
    Card processing fee of 5% if paying by credit / debit card.

  • What payment methods are available?

    We accept Cash, Check, Credit card, Debit card,Cashapp or Venmo.

  • Are there any other fees?

    NO other additional fees and we DONOT charge any additional cleaning fee or security fees

  • Is Alcohol allowed?

    Yes, Our clients have the flexibility of bringing their own alcohol from any vendor of their choice, however If the client choses to sell alcohol during the event, client or client’s vendor must have a retail liquor permit or limited special occasion permit from the Alcoholic Beverage Control enforcement of Arkansas and also a retail liquor liability insurance.

  • Where can I obtain Liquor liability insurance?

    You may obtain Host or Retail liquor liability insurance from any authorized insurance company or https://www.theeventhelper.com in an amount not less than $1,000,000 (one million dollar) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage and Freedeom Farms must be added as an additional insured on the policy.

  • Do you have any restrictions with the vendors and food catering?

    No, Freedom Farms believes in giving the customers flexibility and freedom to choose their own vendors and we do not charge any additional fees from the caterers as well. However we require all vendors to abide to the same rules to maintain the facility in good condition after the event.

  • Is cooking allowed?

    No, Cooking is strictly prohibited at the venue but we do have fully equipped prep kitchens that include a refrigerator, ice-maker, food heating and proofing cabinet, commercial sinks and stainless steel tables for the convenience of food prepping.

  • Can we drop off items prior to the event or pickup the following day of the event?

    Freedom Farms doesn’t allow any items to be dropped off prior to the access period or to be picked up at a later time following the event, all set-up and tear-down must occur within the access period during which the event space has been rented.

  • Do we need to clean the facility prior to vacating?

    Freedom Farms shall be doing the clean up after the event, however we require clients to remove all trash, bag and dispose in the dumpster provided. Everything brought in by the client must be removed and facility must be handed over in a reasonably tidy condition. Chairs and tables need not be stacked and can be left as-is.

  • Does Freedom Farms do any setup or tear down?

    We do basic table and chair setup based on tentative layout provided by the customer and similarly, we shall take care of restacking tables and chairs after the event, client may leave all tables and chairs in as-is condition.

  • Are there any restrictions for decorations?

    We require all decorations to be free standing and not attached to the walls or the ceilings of the venue.

  • Does Freedom Farms have any additional rental items?

    Yes, we do have additional rental items like extra chairs, tables, cake table, stage, podium, backdrop frame, table cloths, overlays, runners, chair bows, chair cushions, center pieces, in-built projectors, mic with speaker system, LED dance floor, etc, all priced at a very comparable rate without the hassle of pickup and return. We also offer setup for nominal fees and event planning services if desired.

  • Can we have a rehearsal time or bridal sessions prior to the event?

    Yes, you are entitled for upto one hour (Monday through Thursday) at no cost only if the event space has been reserved for full day under advantage package, but is subject to availability and can be scheduled only 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • What is a refundable deposit?

    Refundable deposit is collected prior to the event as a security deposit towards any potential damages, however the client is entitled to a complete refund of that deposit within 2 weeks of the event if no major damages are noticed following the event. It may not be confused with a non-refundable deposit that is collected at the time of making the reservation to block the date in advance.
